The details on the next PennLUG meeting were mailed out to members of the Forum yesterday. The meeting date is April 6th Saturday as usual the meeting is from 11 AM to whenever. Sam T will be hosting. For more details please visit the forum and make a post if your interesting in going, but don’t have the details.

HACC Bookstore presents a Lebanon First Friday Art Walk LEGO Event.
Friday, April 5, 2013; 5 PM – 8 PM
LEGO artist Matt Hocher will display a City block model
Vote on a prototype for a Model A Ford LEGO kit that Matt hopes to submit to the LEGO Company.
Guess the number of LEGO pieces in the jar; closest guess wins a prize (7PM – 7:30PM; must be onsite to play and win)
Also: LEGO products for sale and free LEGO craft activity.
Greenberg Train and Toy Show was a smashing success. The great unveiling of our working Turntable was great! We have more in store for 2013, so Club members the next meeting will be March 2nd at Mike T’s house. We have some wonderful stuff to discuss. The Greenberg Train Show in Reading is only a week away.Feb 16-17th PennLUG has some really cool stuff planed for our LEGO train layout. Come out and see us.

I received a neat email today about an event coming up in May called Scouting for Bricks. They are a Boy Scout Troop that is putting on this event hence the awesomely appropriate name! It looks to be a lot of fun for exhibitors and attendees. So Please check them out!
The location of the event is Leesburg, VA which isn’t terribly far think Brickfair, VA only slightly further.
Saturday May 4th, and Sunday May 5th.

Well the London Toy Fair is underway, and while the LEGO Group is present they’re keeping their booth covered so no pictures as of yet have been leaked. However thanks to several AFOL’s we have some information we can share.

The newest LEGO set in the modular building line, 10232 Palace Cinema is being officially unveiled this evening at BrickFair Alabama in Birmingham. Though LEGO’s official photos surfaced earlier this month, this is the first time we’ve gotten details about pricing and release date. 10232 Palace Cinema will return the line to its traditional price point of $150 USD for 2,194 pieces and 6 minifigs, with a release date in March.
Naturally, Palace Cinema connects to all the other modular buildings.
The set comes with an open-top stretch limo.
The interior includes seats, a projector & screen, and concession stand.

York went really well! I think we picked up some new fans looking at the forums and emails. Great excitement! Some great trains and people alike!
